TRY AT FIRST SIGHT....

"Toy Story Theme Cupcake with Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting"

I'm not really into baking. One day just to satisfy my cravings I decided to make one. I really don't know where to start and how to make it so I've come up to using just the regular cake mix that we can buy at the grocery store. So since I'm just a beginner I don't know what to do. All I need is Eggs, Milk and Vegetable oil and that's it just mix everything and you have already the batter for cupcake. I even bought the icing ready to use. And to make the story short who-la! Cupcakes ready. It was good and the icing was fine. Everyone in the house likes it too.

And to my First attempt August of 2011 someone's Birthday is coming up and the mom request for a cupcake for the party. It was my nephew Lui, 2 year old boy who's celebrating his birthday. I come for a theme "Toy Story". The cupcake plates is designed a toy story, (it actually doesn't show in the image that well.) And this time I searched on the internet how to make cupcakes. I failed to make my own batter because I was scared to maybe I can't make it or they won't like it, so I stick to one the I use just the regular cupcake mix, But this time I did make my own icing. I found out that the "GOODNESS OF THE CUPCAKE IS IN THE ICING". I look for the best recipe that's easy to do "VANILLA CREAM CHEESE FROSTING".  To add more spice on my cupcake I bought some sprinkle, decors that I can put on top and food coloring to make it more nice to look at.

The best part of making this cupcakes is no left over everybody likes it. they even want to take home some. Good for me that my first attempt was a success.

xoxo...
